Once an account is created, it's not possible to change its user name (even from our end). In order to get a new user name, then, you'll have to create a new account with the desired name. You may have to use a new email address for this, as we only allow one account per address.

If you do decide to make a new account, be sure to deactivate your current account. Mingle2 allows only one active account per person.

Send an email as directed below:

"For anybody that has checked their spam folder to no avail,
please send an email from your registered email address
to the following address:

m2.support@nextc.com

Give your message "verification" for its title."

So, you would go to whatever email you have listed here:
http://mingle2.com/inbox/mail_settings
and send an email to: m2.support@nextc.com
with "verification" as the subject.

They will take it from there :-)

Mingle2 does not have chat rooms. There are links to chat rooms on the site.

Hello,

The site does not have a delete function. You can close down the Mingle2 account by following this short series of steps: First, in order not to get anymore emails from us, uncheck the boxes on the following page, and click the 'Update Settings' button.

Then, you should remove any description that you added to your profile and purge all photos that you have uploaded.

Finally, you will want to deactivate the account, which will remove your profile from public view. You can do this here:

— If you are using our app, close down the account by going into Settings. From there, click 'Email Address' and make sure that both Mail Settings options are toggled off. After doing that, back out and reenter Settings again. Choose the 'Deactivate your account' option and follow the easy steps that will be presented to you.

When you have taken the appropriate steps above, the account will be closed and you will be unsubscribed.

Hello Drdri,

Your account does have MinglePlus. If you aren't seeing the premium benefits, please follow these steps:

Uninstall the app.

Turn off your mobile. Wait two minutes and turn it back on.

Reinstall the app.

Where did the check boxes go for deleting more than one message at a time go? The "delete selected" button is still there, but I no longer can select the emails...I just noticed it on my Android, Moto e

Se você decidir fazer uma nova conta, certifique-se de desativar sua conta atual. Mingle2 permite apenas uma conta ativa por pessoa.

Blocking a user only prevents them from contacting you. It does not prevent them from viewing your profile.

If you have two accounts, one will need to be closed as we allow only one active account per person.
