You know that is a good point.
When you meet people in real life (like face to face), people seem to display the patience in getting to know people, but online you get to see the true colours of people a lot quicker because there are so many people on sites like this that they think they dont need to show the patience they normally would because then they can move on to somebody else who might show interest in the advances... In a nutshell, what you are seeing is the same thing that happens in real life (outside of these sites), but the whole process seems to be sped up .. if you know what I mean. Either that or you are just talking to the "wrong" people. |

I worked with a bunch of Chinese software engineers and understood them fairly okay and I worked with a couple of Scottish mechanical engineers. I could never understand what they were saying They were asking you where your kilt was lol jk ummm usually they were tallking about thermo expansion coefficients and heat dissipation of hene lasers in a closed loop system OH NO! 10-12% is obsurd! Who would give that kind of rate? Not here? Mortgage rates at their worst is 8%...even FHA..If you can get 4% your doing pretty well! So if the bank pays you 10% to "hold" your money and then they lend it out to someone else and charge them 8%...they are losing money. When mortgage rates rise so will the interest a bank will pay you to "hold" your money. Hey dont shoot me, I am just a messenger. I was offered 12% on those 12 month bonds. Maybe she didnt know what she was talking about.. Dont you guys have anything like that? I am sure if you went to a bank and asked them about 12 month bonds... I mean... They are a bank after all. Not sure, maybe it is different over there, but worth a try. 10-12% is pretty decent. Put it this way, if they do it here they probably do it everywhere.. They are tighter than a nun's ... erm... You know what I mean
