In my opinion mutual match should mean both people have selected each other as someone they are interested in - if that is not the case, it is wrong for just say hi to promote it as a feature - the just say hi system should not match a man and woman together just because of common interests!

I was wondering if anyone knows exactly how the mutual match feature works? I have had some women who are listed as mutual matches not communicate with me when I send them a message. I don't get it? If we both indicated we are interested in each other, then why don't they communicate?
