I had the greatest carrot soup on a vacation in New Brunswick - Yum!!! Anyone have a recipe for carrot soup they would like to share?? I have some but, drats, they just don’t measure up to the one from my vacation.

Good evening to my fellow Virginians!!

I am originally from southwestern VA. I did move away for about 20 years and lived way up north (Maine – once you reach the edge of the earth, go two more miles - LOL) with all them wacky (but nice) YANKEES. Please don’t hold that against me LOL!! And no, you can’t get grits or Krispy Kreme Doughnuts up there!!

But I have moved back and am happy to be living in the Blue Ridge Mountains once again!! There's no place on earth like it and nowhere on earth with friendlier folks (I'm sure that I'm not biased, at all)!!
