You will see at the bottom of the post quote reply, click on quote. The entire post will then be in quotes remove what you dont want leave the {quote}& {/quote} tags in place. Everything in between them will come up as a quote.

In mutual matches click on view all. At that point you will have an x on the top right. Then if you click the x they will be gone.
