I'm thinking this is some good haze

I'm thinking that "thinking" keeps you centered on thought,
and thoughts or "thought" is ego driven,
and ego is a false sense of who we really are.....

like a prison where the inmate is the thinker, key in hand,
sometimes unable to escape the power of intoxicating thought.

So, I am thinking about thinking less,
and seeking a state of "being" a part of each moment
by thinking less and being more

That way where ever I am is where I am supposed to be
and if my thinking can't accept it,
then I know it's me and not the moment.

Less thinking more being
observing thought rather than becoming thought
like clouds they always pass (thoughts)
never permanent....

I have created in my world, the idea I have of you.
And as my life slowly changes over the days, months, years...
So does my idea of who you're to be...
if, in fact, this search continues

So I've come to find that it's "me" that creates "you" from a memory
of a time where/when I must have felt safe and secure and timeless..
in arms that must have held with Love...
and eyes that cleared thoughts and dug up a smile.

Either way,

You'll be nothing like that I'm sure,
cause things don't work like that.....

But fantasy and dreaming is what keeps us all going, no?

I think respect starts with the idea of one's self.

Do we treat ourselves respectfully?
Meaning.... are we treating our bodies, minds, and spiritual selves with proper nourishment?

If we are then we gravitate toward others who take the same measures and respect goes without saying....

If not, different story.
