Well... science and scientists have been wrong more than once in history. The thing about it is that it is self correcting and able to learn from previous mistakes. I mean, "Flat Earthers" are pretty scarce right now.
As far as QM goes, the one thing that appeals to me is that through the mathematics it is able to go beyond the time line of "0" before Big Bang. Maybe it is because I have always had troubles with the Big Bang theory to begin with. But I have to agree... there is a lot of "junk science" out there. Has anyone been keeping up with the IBEX probe and what it is finding? |

Well... depend on the disability I suppose. I could deal with memory loss or tics or a variety of minor things but if I have to worry whether I wake up with her standing over me with a psycho grimace with a butcher knife in her hand then that would be a bit of a stretch.

What actions? How do you know that they aren't too tied up in lawsuits and regulations to do more? How do you know what they've done or not done? I can't make a firm decision either way till I see all the evidence, and I don't see why you rush to do so. 
They have not acted to end the leak. There are no lawsuits nor regulations that would prevent them from capping the pipe. They did not build a rig that was serviceable. It should have never been allowed. Quit making excuses for the worst ecological disaster ever, which continues to this hour. with no end in sight for the near future.... Totally un-acceptable, and yet people continue to worry about money as the planet dies. Unbelievable 
You don't seem to understand the reason we concern ourselves with money. If we don't have any money, then we won't have resources or time or health to deal with the environment. I also don't see evidence that the planet is "dying". "Changing" is a more accurate word. It is a closed ecosystem, so organisms simply change from one form to another-whether humans exist or not. HB I DO understand the $$ concept..I have a family to take care of. ok, you know everything, just remember what I said a couple years from now. I never said I "know everything", I just don't see significant objective evidence of your claims. Wow... Do you receive BP dividends or something? What do YOU think BP should be doing and not doing according to your logic? |
