On the other side of the coin, when do you become concerned when someone your dating never even mentions your kids?

Personally when I'm getting to know someone, his kids are a very big part of him.... and I want to know 'about' them.

My kids have a good relationship with a guy I dated a while back..... They bonded quickly, and I even though I would never date the guy again, he is a great father figure for my kids, and at their age, they do really need that (plus his kids are the same ages as mine... and they get along great!)

I dont have a problem introducing my children to my dates... but we don't do "family" activities. I don't want my kids to get attached to someone before I know if it's serious or not.

I can understand the whole "checking the kids out" thing though....... I wish I had known my ex's kids better before I married him.... would have saved me A LOT of heartache later!

I always figured that if I had to post a half naked picture of myself to get anyone to talk to me, then I'd be better off just talking to myself.... At least the conversations would be intelligent!

I learned that if you find a prescription for Viagra.... and your not getting any..... SOMEONE is!

I prefer men who have custody of their kids... They understand the commitment it takes to be a single parent.

With everyone on here from all parts of the world, it's hard to find someone in your area! I think I got lucky 2nd date coming up next weekend I found this really great guy who only lives 30 miles from me!

So..
I had to go to the Bay College campus tonight to go to the library.
I needed to get a net books account.
Well...there was a guy librarian there.
He showed me how to sign up and everything.
While we were waiting for my account to load.....
I saw my mom looking at this guy intensely.
She tolshim she had a silly question.
She asked him if he had a myspace page.
He said yes.
Why?
She said that he was on her friends list!
He asked her if she was Tanna.
She said yes.
He said that he thought he recognized her but didn't want to put his foot in his mouth.
Wow.

I was at the local community college this evening with my daughter... we were in the library, and there was this guy in there that looked very familiar. I finally asked him if he had a page on MySpace. He just kind of chuckled... shook my hand, and said "Hi Tanna.. I thought you looked familiar".

Turns out I've talked to him on-line a few times.

It was kind of a cool ending to a very stressful day..
