I go out, move bags of feed, or 4 or 5 5 gallon buckets of feed, an 80lb bale of hay, push around 700lb calves. Weekends lately have been cutting and moving mesquite trees.

Impishly.
Work like that strengthens the entire body and gives you great endurance ... Congrats.

Very cool. Though, what made you try to kayak in a frozen river?
It seemed like a good idea at the time ... All my ideas are not good i guess.

Hey, you never know unless you try, right? laugh
I agree, luckily I heal quickly.

I exercise daily... Weight Lifting, Teaching Tae Kwon Do, Kayaking when the river isn't frozen ( I tried it once and wouldn't recommend it. ), Mountain climbing when I'm near one, "Roughing it" in the wilderness occasionally if a tent counts, and all the other stuff except jogging, can't stand running for no reason.
