ingredents round choclate biscutes,cream,vanila essens, whippe cream then add a tea spoon of vanila essens whip till firm once you have done that put the cream on the flat side of the biscute and then anouther bisute on that and keep going until you form a staight ine across the plate or you can be creative and form a circal or othr shapes then once copled cover with cream thin layer and put in fridge for about 2 houres the to serve with crmbled choclate bisutes on top

also i forgot to tell you once you have greated the potatoes you drain the startch bye putting the potatoes in some paper towel and push to collect the excess startch other wise when you cook it it will turn out mushy

its greated and yes cooking still has low calious so thats why i said it was the only thing that was unhealfy about it

yes that is its chicken salt and iam an aussie and roo meat is so yummy but we dont put chicken salt on it

great onion carriot, potato mix all with an egg roll in paties and cook in frying pan with oil spay cook untill brown serve with some plain or chicken salt
