I would be okay without internet but I like getting answers faster and being able to pay bills, check on my accts, ect. I was actually just debating today if I should be calling now to get my internet connection transfered to my new house- I want minimal down time.

After 3 of the longest weeks of my life..............I was finally approved for my loan to buy my first house!!!!!!!!!!!! 
I have a lot of work ahead of me but couldnt be happier. Any one have any advice for me??? Ya .. don't let the bank take it back. EVER.

Thanks for all the advice...it was a nightmare process!!! Lots of scary places. This house is 5 yrs old. They did a half a$$ job painting. I dont have time to re-do it before I move in but will take room by room. There is a long list of stuff I want to take care of!!! I offered $17,000 less and they accepted. They paid $30,000 more than what I am buying for.....

I think any hoilday for a bday would suck. My bday always falls on fathers day weekend. I have a twin....its bad enough I have to share my day w/ her but we celebrate Grandma's bday and fathers day all together....so its EVERYONES day

I dont have much to move. Unfortunetly I have moved many times in my life.The last time was an emergency move. I got robbed at gunpoint at my last apt.I took as little as possible and got the heck out!!! I hope to stay at the new place for awhile. I am getting new furniture. I have my brother and a friend coming out thursday to help. Hopefully it will only take a day.(the move part anyway!) Beer and pizza is a MUST!!! |

Congrats! Be there when they do the home inspection.
Thanks! I had the inspection done last month. It has been a LONG process. Signed the contract early april and had everything done. Was just waiting patiently on loan approval!!! I was getting nervous cuz they took soooo long and never changed the closing date! I didnt want to pack then be turned down! |
