Can anyone explain the "redneck" hating of Jeff Gordon?? Lot of people say he's "queer", But it's really because he is better than the Earnhardts.
Personally I am soooo glad he is breaking all of #3's records and personal timetable stuff. Look I'm glad there is so much passion here. But come on, already. Drivers are skilled professionals NOT athletes!! |

Being a man of the mid-west & of blue-collar descent. I did not say it was a bad thing.
However NASCAR would be better if it stayed with it's roots. I don't like it, but it is an American thing. I hope it stays that way, even though I won't watch it. |

I don't know what would be worse about going to a NASCAR race. Being bored out of my mind at the cars going around in circles for hours, or being around all the redneck trash.
Athletics are, swimming, running, basketball, football, etc... Being a race car driver is more of a skill. |

Like it or not. Vick's got too much money to go to jail. Also the Falcons need him right now. They just traded off his back-up. Who some say was actually better than Vick. I don't know though.
Even if he is convicted, I think he will still play. He'll play this year either way. Let's remember we are in America. We can't just punish a person who hasn't been proved of any wrong doing. But yeah he knew what was going on there!!! |

OH I got mad respect for Lions fans. Kitna is a decent QB. If they build a team around him, he can get the job done. Their offense should be improved this year. Not sure about the D.
