I have two questions, I havn't been able to figure out. 1. How do you add a 'hypertexed' web link to a post? 2. I see people posting pictures in their 'forum posts' all the time - how do they do it. Some of them are quite elaborate - even animated. I can't figure it out. anyone know? thanks Hi OP, to post pics, you have to sign up for a photo hosting site that you first upload the pics, then you take the code from that site. Try photobucket or flicker. If you want to post a link to a site, type the letters url with brackets around it [*] in front of the link, then type in the same but with a / in front of the letter u at the end of the link. I know this is a bit off topic, but since the thread already deviated somewhat, are Windows based software programs compatible with the Linux OS? If you're talking about a "native" Windows app, many can, run under WINE. http://www.winehq.org/ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wine_(software) Here's the "app list": http://appdb.winehq.org/ Also, you can install a Virtual Machine, such as http://www.virtualbox.org/ (what I use on Linux and OSx) to "install" a Windows OS and run it in a window under Linux (or OSx). If you have any super glue or duct tape you can use that to close the cut. Just make sure that it is clean and dry before you put it on. Construction workers use the stuff all the time.

WHAT??????????? JT and John are turning this into a chat room? NO!!!!!!!!! NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Pretty boring around here, too. Rearranged some things in the basement, went grocery shopping, spent a few minutes with my brother, sister-in-law and niece. That's about it. If you think doing all those handyman things is going to make us ladies love you, you're wrong!!!  I'm not trying to "make" anyone love me. Just hoping that someone does. Well that's good thinking beings how we can't "make" anyone love us..even when were love-able..  hey you can buy about 1/2 an hour worth of love off the street corner for about $30 i do it a lot
