Common now you all would not be that cruel. There should be better things that both of you could work out instead of trying to kill each other. I read in a California paper that California might be thing about passing a law stating that if you are married that you will not be able to get a divorce. I do not know if it will pass.


you don't have a get a divorce in the state you were married in. you can move to a different state and live there for a certain amount of time and file for divorce in your current state. i know that would pose problems if you have children in the state you'd leave, a job, etc. good luck!
