Lets face it, people get married, and sometimes it lasts forever, sometimes it only lasts a year, or less. I've met couples that never got married, but have been together for 20 years, and longer.
What is marriage anyway ? It's an agreement between two people who love each other. Do we need paperwork for that ? I don't think so. We have titles and receipts for our stuff, but were not talking about stuff here, were talking about emmotions. Do we need titles or receipts for our emmotions ? I don't think so. I think people should live together, and be couples, but forget the paperwork, leaving the state and the church out of it. Breaking up is rough enough without all the legal crap to complicate matters, and it only makes for more bitterness. I think that after marriage, some people start to feel trapped because of the paperwork and legal stuff. They will start dwelling on the what if's, and let it slowly destroy their relationship. From where im sitting, it appears that when people feel that either party can just gracefully bow out at any time, they tend to hold on tighter. I think sometimes, marriage is grounds for divorce. Im sorry your going thru that still. Sometimes it's hard to forget the bad deals in the past. You'll meet a guy soon, who will make you forget all about that stuff

Seriously. It's just hot. And I really need my muffler fixed up. The surest way to man's heart is to use a Bernzomatic BNZOA4000KB Cutting & Welding Oxygen & Acetylene Torch. I like a little meat with my potato's, im not skinny. She has cool shoes too |

I only know the basics on stick welding. Our all-around handyman taught me some stuff when I asked him about it and got me to weld a few things around the house. Fun huh ? And welders like more heat, and use more rod |

Do I live in what is termed "God's country" Colorado, a land-locked state, with just a taste of culture in Denver???? Cuz every guy in CO is outdoorsy .. you know the type. Camping. Fishing. Hiking. Biking. Snowboarding Hunting. (well this one is just a LITTLE cool ) So anyone within 200 miles of me is either Davy Crockett or Lance Armstrong or Shawn White I city, fine dining, wine tasting, culture, cafes/walks on beaches (ya fat chance of that eh?) .. yada yada. And honestly, I don't mind if they do some of that as long as they get that I'll pack their bag .. have a GOOD time honeyyyy But I'm a city girl dontcha know? Do you ever wonder if you would do better in finding someone who likes what YOU like if you lived somewhere else? Im an old city boy from LA, San Fernando Valley, and I don't miss it at all. It was cool when I was younger though. I gotta be in the tree's now. No more bright lights for me |

Jobless rate hit 14% in Nevada, highest in the country. We were the 3rd for awhile. Are still the highest mortgage collapse in the US. The jobless numbers are for those still able to collect unemployemnt ONLY. The few people I know who were collecting, they're payments stopped during the last 7 weeks. Just where do they think people are going to get $, or work? They started when this mess started, back in Sept 08 when we had a different President for 8 years, nice goodbye gift. 2 nights ago, another company laid off over 250 people. Last month, a poorly planned new place laid off 350. Greed, poor planning and poor state representation. Thanks Senator. It's a dam good thing you got kicked out of the primaries, yea, we wanted more of your parties wheeling dealing. I think their selling The USA, and taking payments |

So you finally get a number and you're all really excited and just want to talk or text forever. How do you find a way to not come off too strong and still show that you're interested? how do you tell when you're scaring her off? Just be yourself, and talk to her. |

I know I'm not a Spring chicken, a Summer chicken maybe, but when you receive a gift, I was always taught to say thank you and send a thank you note. I am now wondering if that is an ancient way of thinking. In the past year, I have been to a wedding, a Sweet Sixteen, a different birthday party and sent gifts to two friends and have YET to receive thank you's about the gifts. Two of these gifts were hand-made and one I had to even ask her if she received it. Makes me wonder if I should stop giving gifts.... That doesn't sound right. How could they not thank you sometime, somewhere. Gee Wiz |

I have a short attention span, and I find that most people bore me rather quickly. I'm an apostrophe snob. Although I try to avoid overgeneralizing people/genders/groups, etc., and I have often commented about posts that do this, I personally find it difficult to comprehend the possibility that there might actually be a woman who would not try to turn me into a domesticated farm animal. I don't feel I can trust anyone. I can't cook at all, and I've started enough fires so that I don't really want to try it anymore. I am almost never attracted to anyone anymore. I am everyone's counselor/therapist but I find it impossible to talk about my own issues with anybody.... OMG ! That sounds like me ! |
