I was listening to Oakland News (live stream KTVU) and here is the news lady talking about how the Bill for 185,000 prison inmates medical records to put them on computers so ... when they come out of their cell ... the doctor can read the medical notes and see the blood tests .. etc.

So the price of this computer system has gone up to $400 million dollars up from $185 million.

Now .. how they do this is beyond me.

After all the Prison doctor out side of the prison can not see the medical records such as a specialists needed to cut off their peckerwood and get their Bruce Jenner game on.

But just the money involved to buy some computers.

In the Veterans Administration .. today they take Electronic x-rays but only the clinic or hospital they take the x-rays in can see the pictures.

No one else can in the whole VA medical system

The NOTES .. the Pharmacy stuff going out .. is all in the National System.

But not the x-rays.

You see a Dentist in Denver and get an x-ray plate and then go to a New York specialist .. you need to take another x-ray of the same tooth that was pictured just 3 days prior.
