been single 9 years never lost hope..met someone recently and its looking good..so you never know whats round the corner hun 
Thank you for the hope, I've been single for 11 yrs and I guess I' m just feeling a little down because I feel for a smooth talking man on here that turned out to be a big toad in every sense of the word.

I know ur right, but sometimes it's real hard to wait and see. I've been single for a longtime. I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL, I WAS IN THE SAME BOAT, AND FINALLY IT HAPPENED, AND THE LOVE OF MY LIFE, WALKED INTO MY LIFE. AS A MATTER OF FACT, I MET HER RIGHT HERE ON JSH. SO HANG IN THERE, IT WILL HAPPEN. YOU HAVE TO KISS A LOT OF UGLY TOADS, TO FIND YOUR PRINCE. 
I can only hope that mine prince is somewhere here among the toads.......

I don't think I'm a hideous looking woman, and do look ok for my age. I have a big heart and I'm pretty understanding of a lot of things. I have a good relationship with God and I've survived a lot of bumps in the road of life and come out stronger. So answer this question if u can why can't I meet a good man? With all the people in this world isn't there someone out there that's want a woman who really has her life together and could be a good partner and friend.

Being upset about a car being stolen doesn't mean that the world is revolving around somebody. My car was stolen and was found torched a week later. I did not have insurance on it. I was terribly upset to wake up and find my car gone. I suddenly did not have a car for four months. I had to take my child to school and the grocery store in a cab until I saved up enough money to buy a car. Then I found myself looking out the window to see if I still had a car for a long time. It's perhaps the context of the ranting and the we weren't treated like Royalty that probably confused me. Yes it is said it was stolen as it would be for anyone, but when u act as if the world should stop revolving and the police should have made it a priority your going a little to far. I suspect that the way the thread was presented is just the attitude the police got when they were called the 2nd time. There are more extreme things that go on in a city then car theft and yes sometimes u have to go to the police station and file a report and there is also such things as a TAXI CAB to get u there or even god forbid a bus. |

Regardless of what anyone else in this thread says.. This infuriates me! To start off a thread with..I Officially HATE all Cops! My Fahter put his life on the line for over 25 years Took a bullet, been shot at many times, even killed a couple of guys. Even though those guys deserved it, it still screws your head up! Ended up going out on retirement for disability because of a freakin Heroin addict! And now his neck and back will never be the same for the rest of his life! Actually suffer a tremendous amount of pain daily because of it! I could care less about your stolen car honestly.. Consider the ones that are out there saving lives and protecting us...Next to that your friends car means nothing! That can be replaced! It's the ramblings of and immature and senseless young person, who doesn't have respect for athoruity and thinks the world revolves around them and their friends mode of transportation. |

At least Providence cops. My friend's car was stolen this weekend. They went to a club right after the second Funny Girl performance and they took two cars. One of my friends cars was stolen and the other was broken into (probably not stolen because they don't know how to drive a standard. They took all of my friends important papers like social security card, birth certificate, all of their phones, debit cards etc. They found my friends car somewhere and towed it. God knows what kind of condition it's in right now. >< That night, me and my boyfriend when to go get them. The police were jerks to us. My friends called them once before I got there to pick them up and they said they had to go to the police station. Except how could they get there if their CAR was STOLEN?! And when I got there I called the police again. They got angry at me for calling for my friend and said that my friend was the one who was supposed to call and he HUNG UP ON ME! So my friend called a THIRD time. They finally listened, we filed a report and me and my boyfriend drove them to the station. At the station they told us that it wasn't reported stolen, it was just towed, when we reported it stolen TEN MINUTES earlier and tried to report it for half an hour. They were rude and spoke to us as if it was our fault. It was a horrible experience. I was furious and still am. Hopefully my friend reports how horribly we were treated to some lieutenant cop or something. Question: Why would anyone care all that important stuff in their car in the first place, that's what really doesn't make sense. I think they sort of set themselves up for the loss. Even if they didn't have important stuff in the car. THE CAR WAS ****ING STOLEN AND WE WERE TREATED LIKE **** BY THE COPS. Should she not carry her CAR with her either? THAT's important. But it was still stolen That's ALL I am saying. I have to agree that the cops where right.......and important valuables should put put in a safe place. And then they wont be f**king taken, when a car is stolen.
How did it become we it wasn't ur car that was stolen?
