I think you might be on the right lines with what you say andrew with
'in like' but I would go one further and say that 'in lust' has a bit to do with it to. As you say these great big media inflated charecters get to gether with so many preconceived, media boosted ideas about each other, which Im sure is added to by the film makers wishing to get everything swinging along smoothly. That the real people behind the on-stage actors takes second place only to imerge after all the tinsell town hoo-ha has died down. Then they realise htings arnt quite what, or who they seemed! But there are one or two couples who manage to keep it all together, like Sean Connery and his wife of several decades, and Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis who are going great guns too. But maybe somthing has to be said for the fact that they keep there marriages as far away from the lime-lite as possible. Sean in the out-reaches of Scotland and J.D.+ V.P. in a quaint little village in France. |

texing so-long is the cowards way out, even worse than the phone. But to
divorce that way is just shear horror. I thought they said modern techno is for the better, I sometimes have my doubts. As for the valentine card thats really painfull, what a bitch. I thought a dude going off to the john whilst on a date , then just not coming back was pretty raw. |
