guess it all depends and who exactly you're comparing. lower body, women hands down upper body then generally men. personally i feel its a balancing act, atleast in life. im a strong woman, in many ways so i prefer a stronger man... physically speaking lol... bear hugs rule all. lol

We have all fallen short, but Gods mercy and live endures forever. I've had so many moments where i thought i couldnt go on, but as we see this world in the condition it is in . . . it is more important than ever that we remain united because as we were once lost, there are so many others that we must reach out to.

Thank you for this post, i was so caught up in my happy holidays this year i almost forgot how hard others have been and that maybe its time i try and spread a lil support and love, and this holiday is no reason to take "time off" but to put it game on.
