Im just going to try to leave work at work and treat everyone as i would liek to be treated I hated hearing that when I was younger but it comes in handy sometimes thank you for all the advice I greatly apperciate it.

Why is it just because im 21 years old people at my work are angry because im their boss? Yes I maybe be young enough to be one of their kids but I do a good job. I dont think my age should have anything to do with work, it should be based on my work performance am I not correct? I get so irritated! Please let me know your opinion.
