the idea was presented by american politicians gintautas but i'm in no way supporting it as an american decision. it should be left up to the iraqi's. i was just wondering if the U.S. wouldn't have had so much influence in the creation of the current iraqi government would the iraqi's have gone a different way in creating their own political system?

this is being proposed by american politicians jess because of the new governments failure to develop strong relations between the shiites,sunnis and kurds.

there are reports that the kurdistan region of iraq has been pursuing to be seperate from the rest of iraq and it is one of the more stable areas with more economic growth going on now than the rest of the regions combined.

some politicians have been promoting an ethnically divided iraqi government as an option to the government that is currently in place. with all of the troubles that the new iraqi government is experiencing would this change be productive in achieving a healthy and stable nation?

iran is next on the list. bush has already said that he intends to put the iranian guard on the list of terrorist organizations which is probably going to pave the way for a war in iran. my only question is where are we going to get the personnel to carry out the operation unless we pull some troops out of iraq?
