im no expert , ive never smoked, but everyone around me does heh.,

anyway , by watching on , the ones i notice who quit and stay quit are
those who went cold turkey.

the people here i see using the gum , patch , pills etc , have all gone
back to the ciggatette.

although the ones who went cold turkey seemed to have same problems as
you , they had a hard time with it at first, but 2 - 4 weeks later,, no
problems.

also a funny comedian once said,, "i quit drinking , not cause i was an
alcoholic, but because i wanted to quit smoking"

further on he said

"not having a ciggarette while drinking is like trying not to pee when
you poop"

haha ,

anyway , whatever your decision , i hope it works out for you

when they are staring right through you , just give them a goofy look ,
then smile and wave, then walk away proud before they get a chance to
react =P

then if they try to start a conversation , allow it
but stare at their chin. after a while, look puzzled , then semi
horrified, and soon they will be rubbing their chin in wonder, you get
bonus points if they forget what they were talking about =P
but yeah joke being over,
never feel down on yourself, theres always a billion jerks out there
willing to do that for you.
as far as coping and anxiety , take a deep breath , and then work out
the situation at hand,
there was a great quote i heard a long time ago ,,
if there is a solution, why worry? ,, if there is no solution,,,,

why worry?.

when i came on here , i pictured it being way different.
unfortunately not everything goes as planned in life.

i want you to all take some time out and send your friends an email.

the 1 minute of time that it will take, could make or break his or her
day.

this is a great idea, but has failed many times in the past, because
unfortunately there is too many people,

the problem with too many people is too many character traits,

where as a select few would say , yes lets not pump any gas on the 15th
, and we will teach them, and help everyone else,,
the other select few are selfish and saying , no ,i will pump gas, cause
i need gas.

just like if everyone took a week off from work. we would all lose 1
weeks pay , but the economy would change quick.

problem is, there is not enough willing people.

I on the other hand will not buy gas on the 15th. we shall see what
happens.
