If this is happening for anyone else, can you please post in here and let me know how often it is happening and any more details that you think might be helpful?

Gypsy - I've made like 50 test posts and I can't get this problem to happen for me at all.

Can you tell me EXACTLY what you are doing in as much detail as possible so that I can try to reproduce this error myself?

Also, are you on AOL?

Finally, I couldn't understand your previous posts. Are you saying that when you hit Shift + Refresh, you CAN see the post?

OK last try - can you hold down the Shift key while hitting "Refresh" and let me know if your post appears?

After posting, when you don't see your post, can you hit the "Refresh" or "Reload" button on your browser and let me know if your post appears?

I'm locking this topic. There are several posts which attack other users in this thread. Further violations of our forum rules by participants of this thread will result in a suspension of posting privileges or bans.

Also, we will be adding a new rule to the forums. You may not post a topic which is designed to only allow a specific group, ethnicity, gender, orientation, etc. participate.

There are many, many inappropriate posts in this thread. This is a warning to EVERYONE, on all sides of this issue: we will not tolerate this type of behavior on the forums. You may debate any topic that you please as long as it is done with respect and dignity. Posts that resort to insulting, attacking, or denigrating other posters will not be tolerated.


A few specific violations:

1) The very first post on this thread is a violation, because it calls a group of peoople "ball less". Also posts like "atleast thank those people who bled to give you the freedom to talk stupidity." - insults another user

2) "i wear a uniform but not military...... you all disgust me", "so cowards that's all you all are....f" - insults other users

Any further violations by anyone who posted in this thread will result in a suspension of your posting privileges or even a permanent ban from the site.

Weird, it's not doing that for me. Does it happen all the time or just occasionally? What operating system and browser are you using?

Sorry it was broken temporarily but it should be fixed now. Can you try again and let me know if it's working for you now?

Yup, it's definitely prohibited. The one exception we've been making right now is for myspace but other than that, definitely let us know of any violations by using the "Report Abuse" button on their profile.
