Good morning. Off from school again today. Almost 2 feet of snow yesterday. Today is all about digging out. OK, now I've had my fill of snow. It's not fun anymore. Keep the coffee coming.

I went back to work today. It was great to see the kids and they were glad to see me, but WOW was it exhausting. Tomorrow I get to see the little guys. Hoping for an early dismissal, maybe Wednesday off, maybe even a late start on Thursday. Apparently another major snow storm is headed right toward us.

Good morning Jayne, Silver. Still doing some snow clearing today. Gotta get ready for the next snowstorm. Only good thin may come out of it is a shorter work week. Problem is I can't handle snow removal yet by myself. Need lots of help.

I've made a lot of friends on here. Some of you I have even met in person. None the less, you are all my friends. However, sometimes circumstances prevent us from being able to maintain the same kind of contact we've had in the past. It doesn't mean that the friendship is gone. Perhaps it just has to adapt. I know I miss many of you on here. I've even suggested alternate means to stay in touch but I guess people are just too busy. Best wishes to all of you.

I agree we should try to eat the right foods, but our foods are not full of all those wonderful vitamins and minerals they used to have. Our soil is being depleted, as you say. So even if we try to eat the right foods we're not getting what our body needs. I tried for years, and did, grow my own food. That helped. But even that is difficult to achieve given the depletion of the soil and the new types of plants and seeds that are available. Seed companies are not out to produce seeds that have the most nutrients anymore. It's all about size, color, or shipping ability, etc.

I've been taking some plant based supplements for the last few years. I can't believe the difference it has made in my life. My energy, disposition, apetite, skin have all improved.
