Gosh....I don't think I knew anything about love and men at 18.

At that age, I thought I should just be nice, love truly and adore the
person I was with and everything would be happily ever after.

I found out that even though you do your best, the person you find may
not do the same.

Be yourself, pursue your goals, be selfish in love and always ask for
what you want. Life does not revolve around having a boyfriend.
Remember, you can be a heartbreaker too.

You are young and wonderful and deserve the best.

I read to see how they can write. I don't want to start a conversation
with someone who writes with no imagination or wit.
Are they different, do they seem to have more than a grade school
education and can they think outside of the box?? And finally, I look
for common interests. I suppose this sounds picky, but heck, it's the
way I see it.

I'm one of those "new people who came from another website".

I used to be one of the "old timers" there. As time went on, most of the
original crew left. Then came an unflux of new people who became friends
and had not much use for the old timers. Sound familiar?

I came to JSH to make new friends. I didn't come here to be part of a
clique or to relive my past.

I'd be happy to be just a small part of this whole.
