I am 6ft 235 lbs and work out 3-4 days a week I bench over 350. I have never been able to lose weight. I would say you are lucky and you can always get bigger it just takes work and dedication to your self. If you have self confidence the rest will come. I have lots of friends that are just as small as you and they don't have any problems. Confidence in your self is what a woman is looking for not size.
