Be honest, be yourself; try & relax. It can be intimidating sometimes, remember, everyone goes through it to some degree or another. It's okay to get stuck sometimes.... okay to pick out a couple of subjects to discuss, a couple of jokes to warm up to someone. When you're trying to hard it'll show. Let your date know it's not so easy for you & if she's a decent person, she'll be understanding and maybe even help you get past that road block. Flatter her if all else fails :) Good luck.
