Hahah I don't consider a millisecond of eye contact as drooling in particular. I definately don't encounter this in London or even in Europe.

Hello Guys and Girls, I'm on holiday here and one thing I notice is that when girls make eye contact they quickly look away and walk as if they've done some sort of crime lol I don't know how common it is across India or its just in my city. Also, how does one approach them here? Any answers welcome! Cheerio!
