My grandmother taught me how to make these . Its sooooo super simple
anyone can do it . Plus you can make up a bunch and keep them in the
freezer .

I dont know exact measurements you dont really need them because its all
about how big and how many you wanna make.

Hobo Hamburgers

hamburger meat
onion slices
chopped celery
chopped carrots
quartered potatoes
butter
your fav seasoning

You will cook or freeze these in tinfoil pouches .
Patty out the hamburger about the size of a typical humburger .
Place in center of tinfoil square place veggies on top .
Sprinkle w/seasoning and place a square of butter on top .
Fold the tinfoil into a pouch and pop in the oven at 350 for about an 1
1/2 hours .

Or make up a bunch and throw em in the freezer to cook later .

A mastectomy is when a woman's breast is

Where do you go when you want to be alone?

I hop in my car and take a drive when I want to be alone . Ofcourse I
live alone so its not often that I have to leave my own space to be
alone .

mango vegetable curry

2 medium red onions, sliced
4 cups eggplant, unpeeled, diced 1/2" cubes
4 cups zucchini, sliced
2 cups red bell peppers, sliced
4 medium garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cup mango chutney
1/3 cup flour
8 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tbsp. curry powder
4 cups water
salt & freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions In a non-stick skillet on medium heat, water sautee onions
and eggplant 5 minutes. Add zucchini, red bell peppers, and garlic and
saute 5 minutes more. Push vegetables to sides of pan and add the
chutney to
the cleared center of the pan. Add flour, cumin, and curry powder and
mix
well.Add water and toss vegetables. Cook until sauce thickens, about 1
minute. Add salt and pepper to taste.

INDIAN VEGETABLE CURRY RECIPE
1/2 medium-sized (100g/4oz) aubergine (eggplant) cut into 2cm x 1cm/¾in
x 1/2 in sticks
2 small carrots (100g/4oz), peeled and cut into 2cm x 1cm/¾in x 1/2 in
sticks
100g/4oz/1 cup peas
100g/4oz/1 cup French beans, cut into 2.5cm/1in pieces
1 medium-sized potato (100g/4oz), peeled and cut into 2cm x 1cm/¾in x
1/2 in sticks
50g/2oz/ 1/2 cup freshly grated coconut
4 fresh hot green chillies
2 tbsp white poppy seeds
1 1/4 tsp salt
3 medium-sized tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 tbsp natural plain yogurt
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp chopped, fresh green coriander

Place the aubergine (eggplant), carrots, peas, French beans and potato
in a medium-sized saucepan. Add 250ml/8fl oz/1 cup water. Bring to the
boil. Cover, turn the heat to medium and cook for 4 minutes or until the
vegeatbles are just tender.
Meanwhile put the coconut, chillies, poppy seeds and salt in the
container of an electric blender. Add 150ml/5fl oz water and grind to a
fine paste. Set aside.
When the vegetables are cooked, add the spice paste and another
150ml/5fl oz water. Stir and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Now add the
tomatoes, the yogurt and the garam masala. Stir gently to mix well.
Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes. Turn into a serving
dish and garnish the vegetable curry with the fresh coriander.

Veggie Roll-Ups

3 packages cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 package dry ranch mix
1 container REAL bacon bits/pieces
1 package medium sized flour tortillas

Combine the veggies , cream cheese , ranch dressing mix and bacon bits .
Spread the mixture on flour tortillas . Roll tortillas and cut into 1
inch slices (pinwheels) . I have found that these slice alot easier if
you pop them in the freezer for about a half hour and using an electric
knife makes it easier aswell .

Broccoli Normandy Casserole
2 packages frozen broccoli normandy mix (broccoli , carrots ,
cauliflower)
1 package Cream Cheese (softened)
1 conatiner ranch dip from the dairy section .
1 package shredded cheddar cheese

Mix together broccoli normandy mic , cream cheese , ranch dip and 1/2
of the cheese . Pour into casserold dish and cook until bubbly .
Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top and cook another 15 mins .


If you like cheese then you will love this !

The Best Broccoli Salad
I love this stuff I make a bunch for myself and keep it in my fridge for
a snack any time .

1-2 heads broccoli (chopped)
8 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
5 green onions (sliced)
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup mayo
2 tbspn apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar

Mix mayo , vinegar and sugar add broccoli , bacon , onions and raisins .
Toss well .
Refrigerate . The longer this sits the better it is .

I have been on sites that do not allow children in profile pics . Some

oooooooo I know something really easy and great w/hot coffee while
camping .
Its called a dump cake .
All you do is dump a can of crushed pineapple , a can of cherry pie
filling , a box of dry yellow cake mix and 1 stick of melted butter into

I didnt have time to read through all the responses to this topic but
wanted to throw in my two cents before I have to go ..... I know several
people who have worked in factories where illegal mexicans worked and
"took" jobs but these illegal mexicans worked there asses off and
expected less for it and were twice as grateful as fat lazy americans
who want more money for a sloppy job .
Also I worked for a large communication company doing technical support
but lost my job when ALL there technical support was outsourced to
overseas companies . The thing about this is I cant really blame the
company . Overseas help desks had much higher efficiency and customer
satisfaction scores than american desks and were willing to do the job
for less money .
Americans take everything for granted and tend to just expect things .
These "illegals" and overseas workers know what it is to be without and
are willing to work hard at anything they do to have something .

As a young minister, I was asked by a funeral director to hold a
graveside service for a homeless man, with no family or friends.
The funeral was to be held at a cemetery way back in the country, and
this man
would be the first to be laid to rest there.
As I was not familiar with the backwoods area, I became lost;
and being a typical man did not stop for directions. I finally arrived
an hour late. I saw the backhoe and the crew, who was eating lunch, but
the
hearse was nowhere in sight.

I apologized to the workers for my tardiness, and stepped
to
the side of the open grave, where I saw the vault lid already in place.
I assured the workers I would not hold them up for long, but this was
the
proper thing to do. The workers gathered around, still eating their
lunch.
I poured out my heart and soul

I am not a parent but I would think twice before posting a picture of a
child I love on the net anywhere .
1. You hear all the time about psychos becoming obsessed w/people in
general that they dont know and hunting them down . Dont be naive to
think it never happens .
2. How do you know what everyone who sees these pics are thinking some
perv might be getting his jollys off looking at a pic of your kid . Sure
you or your child isnt effected directly by this but do you even like
the thought ?
