Me it showed if we dont stand for something someone else will try to come and take it away from us.

I don't know how to ask this so please if I say it wrong try to understand it. I have had alot of hurt from the past and it's almost as if all of it is coming back in floods of anger and is consuming me sometimes I cant control my anger the rest of the time I hold it in and feel like a bomb about to explode and I can't control it I don't hit people half the time I want to go deep inside of myself and become a empty shell I dont know what to do anymore. I am a good person its just I have uncovered anger and I dont know how to get rid of it.

Why is it when people have bad days or are mad they always run into your house cussing and bringing their negivity into your home I'm just wondering.
