Here's a silly idea - What if the public prosecutor's office and the public defender's office were the same office? That the choice of prosecutor got pulled from the same hat as the public defender? That sometimes any given attorney was prosecuting and some other time defending? Think it would give them any more sense of justice? I think it would. S.
