Well I don't have any recent personal stories of pooting. But one day,
we were having a family outing the day after Christmas at the Movie
Theaters. We all went to see "The Pursuit of Happyness" (I know how to
actually spell the word, that's just how they spell it) which is a
fairly depressing movie. At one of the quietest parts of the movie, my
mom turns to me and says, "Hey, Des, I have to let one loose!" and I say
"Mom, turn to the side that Dad is on. He's used to your gas." So then
my mom turns to my dad's side and just lets it rip!!! The sound was the
funniest thing I've ever heard in my life! It sounded like the little
duck that says, "Aflack." lol

It's just kind of ridiculous...everything is in bloom and I haven't been
able to get a good night's sleep for a few weeks now. Okay so I will try
the washing of my bed linens and pillows weekly, and also going to the
doctor to see what kind of shots are available. I'll also go to Safeway
or something to see what kind of over-the-counter meds I can get.

So what do you do about allergies? Any good suggestions/ideas? Right now
my nose is like a leaky faucet that won't turn off! I've tried a lot of
different things like allergy medicines, hot tea, hot baths, cleaning up
my apartment (dust), and drinking lots of fluids. Do I just have to chop
off my nose???

My mami always says, "Less is more." So basically enough for the person
to know that you care enough about yourself to freshen up. Too much
perfume/cologne can mean that you are trying to hard and may appear
desperate to your date. Sometimes ppl have sensitive noses and cannot
tolerate strong fragrances. Most things are great in moderation. So I
have to agree with mami, less is more.

I just think what it's trying to do is teach kids to be abstinent until
marriage. But that's not going to help someone who chooses to have
extra-marital affairs. All they are going to say is "Well, in school
that taught me to just wait!" Although this nation was originally built
on strong Christian principles, it is declining more and more morally
with the passing of time. And by morally, I mean all kinds of morals.
Although I am a Christian, I believe that people can have good morals
without being a Christian. I applaud the effort, but it is going to be a
difficult task to try to impose certain beliefs on a higly sexualized
and secularized country.

If someone gave you $100 to make a gourmet dish, what would you make?

There are no specific time constraints. Both of you are right. It
depends on the individual. I don't want to sound cliche, but your heart
will tell you. And also it is good to trust your instincts. If you think
something is right, then it usually is. People tend to get into trouble
when they don't listen to their gut feelings. But yeah, go with your
instincts but don't rush.

I am a Christian and I knew it was right for me bc I had my own personal
experiences that led me to believe that nothing else was right for me.
Of course my parents are very religious as well. But there comes a point
in time when you have to decide what values are right for you and what
makes you happy.
