I find it funny, I've talked to a few girls that say they are tired of all the games, and right in our first conversations she starts trying to pull something...

When a someone says that they're tired of the games, I just read it as them meaning that they are tired of their own games back firing on them...

Trying to punish a partner, is a very bad idea... It's also childish... That's just my opinion though...

I don't try to punish my partner, I will tell them that what they did hurt, or what ever happened and we can talk threw it...

If my partner tried to punish me for something, I would try to talk about it, if she were to refuse to talk to me and continue to punish me, that tells me one of two things. Either she's to immature for a real relationship, or she no longer wants to be in a relationship...
