Sitting out on the dock watching the Northern Lights late at night as the midnight mist started to roll in across the lake :) Spectacular light show, until we couldn't see them anymore cause of the mist

Not so much a car guy, but I love working on my old GMC 3/4 ton 4x4! I use it as an offroading truck, but have spent a good 4 - 5 years working on it to get it to where it is now. There isn't a nut or bolt that hasn't been touched, and neither the engine, transmission or transfercase are pieces that ever existed in this era of truck ;)

Actually, I probably still would. I attend church more because I like the moral set and lifestyle than anything else. Church going folk tend to be far more like minded to me than anyone else

I'm an Instrument Tech working in the industrial sector, and yep, I'm happy! I'm happy to have a job when many people in my trade (especially people of limited experience like myself) are on layoff, and I'm happy with the work I'm doing too!
Every day is a new challenge that takes a lot of thinking & troubleshooting. Nothing feels better than solving that tricky problem! |

I get very dirty when I'm out playing offroad, if we have a stuck rig, I definitely get sweaty too!
Guess it has a bit to do with them backcountry roots ;) |

I'm absolutely awful when it comes to sitting in a classroom all day! As much fun as calculus, fluid dynamics and pressure control systems may be, I'd far rather be out on an adventure somewhere :D

Howdy! My name is Russell, I'm from Edmonton, Alberta and just signed up here.
To tell the truth, this is a pretty big step for me, and I'm still not entirely sure if I'm following the right path with trying to find someone online. That said, I've come to a realization that I'm not going to find someone if I'm not meeting new people, so here I am! Being that I don't spend any time at bars, or go partying, I really don't meet very many new women, and I've already come to the conclusion that none of the women I already know are the "The One" So, on that note, I'm pretty willing to chat with just about anyone, dating advice or suggestions for my profile would be great!
