Why do I have to go to work today? Why can't I be independtly wealthy? Why is it taking so long for Katie to text me back? Why hasn't Tracy called me?
I often ponder that question of "why" myself....maybe too often.

what a beatiful poem. I can feel your pain as I have lost a son too at the age of 25, very unexpectedly. It does get easier with time (it has been 7 years for me)...but the memories are what keep him alive. My prayers to you and welcome to the site.

What are some braindead things you see people do that make you just shake your head and roll your eyes? Example: It's 12 degrees outside right now, the snow is coming down so hard, you can barely see 50 yards in front of you, and the wind is blowing. I had no choice but to go to the convenience store because I needed milk. As I was carefully driving down one of the busiest roads in the state, there was some young putz walking along the sidewalk....wearing shorts and a t-shirt. And tennis shoes. Shortly after I got to the store, here comes the idiot. He walked into the store shivering. I couldn't help myself. I said, "Y'know, there's a great new invention called a coat. You should really check into it. There's also these great new things called pants, and boots." He just looked at me like a monkey doing a math problem. Dork. 
Yeah I work with one of those....really makes you wonder how they have made it this far in life. |

a machine? lol. my mom uses one. makes her look like an elephant but it works... ehh i forget the name though. hm. google it? Already mentioned those...thanks! I'm thinking more short term for like ummmmm,next time we are alone. Mouthpiece, nasal strip? Somebody has to know something that actually works even a little bit? I don't think those nasal strips are worth the money you pay for them. I'd be more likely to go with the mouthpeice. You can get them at Walgreens. |
