Yeah, I think getting out and about is still the best way of meeting people etc. It's just hard on your own. Not sure I have the courage to go to a restaurant solo... so admire you for doing it!

Hi there! Is it the same deal in Seattle too? Can be hard to meet new people? And yet there are so many people who'd like to meet new people! Humans are a weird lot, aren't they?

Hi there everyone I'm new to the site and looking for new friends in Lyon, and maybe more, if we click! I'm not keen on spending months and months emailing about our favourite colours, to be honest. But I'm ready to meet practically anyone just for a coffee... is that bad? Is that weird? Or does anyone else feel the same way?
