hi everyone :) my name is melissa. i really have no idea what to put on here. i just made an account because i thought it would be interesting... but i guess i need to put a little more about me to get some good results from this. im a big kid at heart, but ive been through alot already. a few weeks before i truned 18 i was diagnosed with cancer. stage three hodgkins lymphoma, it was the fight of my life but i made it :) im here today and i couldn't be happier. having cancer taught me alot about who i was, who i wanted to be and who i wanted to have in my life. im a lover. i want to take care of people, im the mamma in my group of friends. i have compion for people that is like no other. i want to meet people who are going to make me laugh. that can be silly with me... people that care about others, who aren't self absorbed. im a silly girl who likes to run down the streets when its raining, i like to lay on my front lawn and stare up at the stars... that or going to the parks and climbing on the play equipment when its pitch black out. i like going out and having a bit of adventure... but im comfortable at home sitting on my couch with a big bowl of popcorn and waching movies. i laugh, i giggle and i blush. i say all the wrong things at all the wrong times.... i know im not a typical "pretty" girl. im me, and im okay with that. __________________________________
