I enjoy being with people, and just having a good time over all. I prefer small gatherings of people who are special to me over chaotic crowds, although a good concert is always the exception! I enjoy quiet times as well, a nice fire outdoors or in, thoughtful conversation, or just a movie and snuggle on the couch. (and one bowl of popcorn to share). A kind sense of humor is almost a must, as it is the best way to let go of the stuff that doesn't matter. And who doesn't love to laugh? I love music, although not musical myself, I appreciate the talents of those who are. I'm pretty spontaneous, but not irresponsible. Someone has to take care of the kids and animals. I have a dog, 2 chinchillas (my daughter), and a bird. I wouldn't say I'm particularly athletic, although I enjoy sports and activities and am always willing to make a fool of myself by trying, chalking it up to helping everyone else on the team look better! So if you have to win, don't pick me to be on your team, but if you want to have a great time and a lot of laughs, I'm your *** one draft! I'm a teacher by profession and love children. They amaze me. They aren't afraid to give hugs and neither am I. True to that nature, I love to read, going to museums, and finding every day discoveries in God's creations. I like writing and literature, but I'm definitely not "stuffy". I guess you could say I'm a "down to earth, NERD"...and I use that term affectionately! lol.
