I live in Redding, CA. I am 51 yrs old, and retired from the US Coast Guard. I am known by my friends and family as being a very nice, gentle and intelligent person. I am a really good man, and I dont drink or use drugs. The music I like is old time rock n roll, soft rock, jazz and pop. I do like a little bit of country. I love to camp, fish, swim, and play basketball. I also like to read, play on my computer, play with my 7 AND 2 yr old grandsons when they are down from Oregon staying with me, and be with my adult children. Ladies, I am a tall man, and I am of average build. I am 6'3" tall and I weigh 239 lbs. I currently am working out about 2 to 3 hrs aday. I hike the trails along the Sacramento river at the Sundial bridge park, and I do strength training.
