Moi? Well it all started on a windy evening back in 1972 when my parents got a bit frisky one weekend away. Would love to say it was all romance, flowers, four poster bed in Paris or Milan but apparently it was at a Caravan Park in Talacre, North Wales after a few pints at the local and a game of Gin Rummy! O the glamour of it all. :)
OK Seriously: 40 (how the feck did that happen), often smiling, out-going, confident, cheeky, intelligent, mature when needed but never take life to seriously, well travelled, good morals, always on the hunt for an adventure or two, suggesting things to see and am often the organiser with my friends for weekends away in Europe or day trips to local events, proud Father (my son has just finished University), terrible singer but good guitarist, keen cyclist, squash player and love the odd pint of real ale or vino.
Love my travels, I have swam with sharks, bungee jumped in New Zealand, held up at gun point at borders, seen some amazing eye opening sites but I also wouldn't mind a week on the beach (Scuba diving included) with someone special.
I am most definitely cheeky and my humour is of the sarcastic slant, or quick one liners, as an example I gave my uncle who cannot swim an underwater camera for Christmas.
I love the outdoors, especially camping and walking. Can't beat a night under the stars after a walk on the beach with a glass of wine or two. Really into cooking, often hosting a dinner party but also like making picnics in the Summer and heading out somewhere. I also play guitar with my son and friends, rather enjoy a sing a long after a night out or when camping.
My clubbing days are at an end although I do love dancing, should do as I used to be a part dancer as a living but don't think I am up for 8 am finish raves these days. Much prefer a productive weekend getting in the outdoors or evenings with friends at the theatre or live music.
