I just returned to Aitutaki, Cook Islands, a truly amazing little atoll in the South Pacific.Last year I bought a 40' catamaran in rough condition in Tahiti & sailed it here on my way to Vava'u Tonga. I arrived in Aitutaki August last year and I was excepted for an extended visa, so I'm trying to make things work out here. I was in Culebra, PR running my business, Wahoo Sailing & Fishing, thru the season. Cyclone season is over in the South Pacific, so I am refitting my boat here to be part of Sailing Aitutaki. I want to set up a tourist day sail / island hop / fishing operation & maybe a small guesthouse in the Cook Islands. I'm doing all the legalities and I can make it work. I want to do 6 months South Pacific - 6 months Caribbean. If you're open-minded, in good physical condition, with maybe some sailing experience & a sense of adventure, see if we get along or I can just be a platonic friend to hang out with for awhile on your vacation, I'll be an excellent tour guide. I'm pretty easygoing, so whatever you care to do.
