This is the awkward part...you know you're supposed to write something to catch the attention of that kindred spirit; but what will do the trick? Then you remember that we are all flopping around, like fish out of water, trying to find someone who's presence lets you be the best "you" you can be. Italian gal,(translation - good cook) originally from New Jersey (enter your own "get a rope" joke here!:) I enjoy gathering with friends for concerts or playing games, cards and/or chatting over a drink or two...I love to travel to parts of the country I haven't seen before and back to the ones worth seeing again. I'm self aware, grounded, smart and love to laugh. The company I keep are good hearted, honest and compionate people that have a good sense of humor and are open minded...people who can have a good conversation and who can agree to disagree. Bars are okay with friends but not for potential mates. I am who I am and want someone of substance who can handle it... Born Catholic but found buddhism a better spiritual fit...whatever gets you through your day. I'm a smoker who isn't quite ready to quit. I appreciate body art and have a few tats of my own.
