My name is Doug. I lost my wife of 52 1/2 years 7/10/2020 after declining health and 2+ years of caregiver. As a result I am out of shape but working on it. I have 3 kids and 12 grandkids. They, along with my faith and a handful of friends are the most important things in my life. I was a submarine sailor Missile Technician with Poseidon and Polaris ICBM missiles for 12 years then went into the very demanding field of Information Technology with IBM and other companies for over 30 years. Fully retired and trying to get back in shape. Also want to start dancing again after decades. Any volunteers to be my personal dance instructor?
