3/5/13 Hello, This has been my year for change. I have all but conquered my fear of public speaking (hosting training sessions and volunteer work has really helped). In December (2012) I went back to church for the first time in ages and enjoyed it. I own my own home, play hard, work hard and am pionate about so many things in my life. In a relationship, I am loving, loyal and a great listener. I went through a very civil ending to a long relationship. I've been rebuilding since the relationship ended and never let any negative influences in (i.e opted for the gym over the bar, etc). It has a been a long road on my own for the first time in many years, but I have enjoyed thinking for myself again (I gave up way too much control) and the calm and happiness have been well overdue. I haven't allowed my feelings to sour towards meeting someone in the future, I have learned a lot and feel that I am a better/stronger person for it (grace under pressure). I have traveled to most of the eastern states and also to Canada (I have lots of family there). I have traveled to France (Paris, Cannes, St Tropez, Vence...) on a couple of occasions to play tourist and drink American Champagne (Coca Cola)). I have been snow tubing in Maggie Valley (NC), stayed at the Inn on Biltmore Estates (Asheville, NC) and played tourist (drank really good wine, visited the petting zoo and took lots of pictures). I have been para-sailing in Anna Maria Island (FL) and loved the view from 500 ft. I am interested in visiting other places too. I would like to travel to Denmark one day, as well as so many other places (Vegas too, its on the list). Local places too, would like to check out a blues club (I've been to B.B. Kings in Orlando, but that is it so far). Traits: 1) I am humble (I don't do well with egomaniacs) 2) I thrive when it comes to evaluating complex situations/data (I do a lot of this in my line of work). The downside is really simplistic stuff can sometimes challenge me (push/pull door, etc..ha ha!) 3) I am a big believer in karma (I base a lot of my life decisions on it and so far so good). 4) Love the water - it's a great stress reliever 5) Enjoy theme parks and other fun places like Dave & Busters (a big kid at heart). 6) Love the sounds of rain, thunder and trains. 7) Enjoy really good coffee (Kona coffee from Hawaii is my current favorite). 8) Enjoy telling stories (sometimes at my own peril) - anything for a laugh :) 9) Traveling. 10) Electric Guitars - I have been fascinated by them since I was 15. What I am attractive to: 1) A Lady who is confident. 2) A Lady who has focus, drive and is motivated. 3) A Lady who takes pride in her appearance. 4) A Lady who speaks her mind and doesn't circle talk (I have decoded the sequences of the circle talk phenomena - I am immune now - I plan on sharing this information with others in my species :) 5) A Lady who is loving, caring, well spoken and is close to her family. 6) Intellect - I tend to react to this trait even stronger than physical appearance. 7) Pretty smile - a lady's smile can change the weather, make the world go away (for a little while) and bring a guy like me back from thinking in the clouds at times. 8) A Lady who plays guitar or other musical instrument, wow! so attracted to that. 9) A Lady who is loyal to the person she is with. 10) A Lady who doesn't mind losing at air hockey or pool (I'll let you win a couple times if you'd like :) Yay!
