I have traveled a lot within N.Z. and Australia and lived in many places. Dunedin, Auckland, Invercargill, Nelson, Sydney, Perth, Ballina. I like pretty much everywhere, but I do like to have a place that is a sanctuary, a place I can come back to. I like traveling through vast landscapes, but like living in a city, one that has a good library and a strong community, compact, where you are able to walk to most places. I like long road trips, day, night, the driving, the places. I pretty much like traveling in any way - plane, car, trains, boats, planes, on foot. I like being on beaches, but only swim/surf in warm climates, so I haven't done that since about 1997 (Ballina - Aus) At home I write and play music. I also play live.
