If someone held a gun up to you from across the room would you try to grab it? Of course not. It's a physical threat. If someone gets angry and yells F you most people yell it back. Why do some not protect their emotional self like their physical self. Why do people take the anger that's given to them but not take the gun. What's the difference. They are both harmfull and negative. People who can't/or don't know how to deal with their own stress and emotions try to p it to others. Did you know that If you look ped the emotion and understand the reason for it you can discern it and not judge it. If you discern it, remain peaceful, don't judge, and stay in that moment,you have the secret to enlightenment. Peace
