I am recently divorced (much to my surprise) and am looking for a female friend and hopefully that will develop if we mesh. I love to read (everything) but particularl;yfantasy and science fiction. I am interested in history, but like to do just about anything as long as the company is enjoyable. I was in the military for over twenty years, but then became a cop and now teach elementary school. I am overweight, but have joined a gym and am on the way down with quite a ways to go. I don't have children, but have step-grandchildren who I'm crazy about. I don't know how that is going to work out. I am currently in negotiation to buy a house down on Cedar Creek Lake and am looking forward to living there. I hope to meet someone who will like to spend time at the lake too. I love to talk and laugh, but like to listen also. I don't have a current photograph but will upload one soon.
