I am a down to earth individual who likes to dream. I once aspired to be a writer but due to some long term writers block that has been put on hold. One day I hope to focus my attention on writing a novel, or I might just write a sitcom. I have plenty of material from my job that I could make it work, heck it could even be a drama. I am considered one of the nice guys, I believe that chivalry isn't dead but it is on the endangered species list. I'm honest, so if you do not want an honest answer, I wouldn't ask me the question. I am also very loyal, my oldest friendships go back more than 25 years. I am a movie buff, enjoy most kinds of music, sports and I have a bit of a nerd/geek side. I also enjoy a good book or several. I like to think I'm some what cultured as I like going to museums and plays however none of my friends share these interests. I try and keep some what active. I play softball in the Manayunk Sport and Social League and possibly add football to my schedule as well. I am a Flyers and Eagles fan, baseball is ok but nothing something I can watch on tv. Being at a game however is a good time. I also enjoy going camping in the poconos, a good match of paintball now and then, and even work in a day or two at the shore over the summer. I'm not going to say I work hard/play hard because I really don't know what that means. I work hard and sometimes want to bang my head into my desk, but that's just the job I have. Really how do you play hard? Can anyone explain this to me?? Is playing hard going on a weekend of binge drinking and debauchery? If it is I think I'll p. I can't say that I like to travel as I've never really gone anywhere as an adult, and even has a kid/teenager Disney world was about the extent. It is something that I am open to. Probably the biggest reason for me being on this site is that I don't know where to go to meet some good, decent women. I've been there done that with the bar scene, and I'm not really into clubs anymore. However I do enjoy doing some Karaoke now and then. No one can really tell me where to go to meet women. My friends aren't much help because most of them are in long term relationships or married and there are not many singles in that scene. I am not too sure what else to say at this point, I do not want just ramble on to make my profile longer
