The keys to a lasting relationship are honesty with each other, being able to laugh together and trust in each other. I am just like all the other gentlemen looking for a mate. Hoping it will become a life filled with romance, adventure, fun, joy, dreams and wishes that come true. A person to enjoy a nice walk with, holding hands, talking or just thinking about how things are, and, could be in our future. I enjoy treating a woman like a lady. Having her smile, enjoy life, have fun, be fun and be as trusting a person as I am. I'm looking for a nice gentle lady that does not smoke, overly drink or use drugs. Having family in the area is a real plus! Having five brothers and sisters I enjoy the family life, but it's not a must. Sharing and caring are some great parts of life. Cuddled up together watching a movie, or just cuddling, you getting a back rub, now that makes for a nice day! I worked the coal strip mines of PA. running heavy equipment and anything else I could learn. With a large family (2 sisters, 3 brothers) I learned to cook when I was very young (YES!! I can cook!! :) and I have a few friends that can tell you just how good I am :) My father, Corps of Engineers elec and construction inspector, taught me how to fix the electric and a lot of other things in a house. As I grew older I learned even more. Add what I learned in school and life I got to the point I could build a home from the ground up (including utilities :). I helped many friends redo their home the they wanted with more than they thought they could have ever paid for. At times I think I should have asked for more $$ so I could bank it for these retired years! [RETIRED!? Well still learning that too :)] But no way would I have done so, it was worth too much to give what I did and enjoy all that came from it :)!! I learned to do oil painting, the Bob Ross style in my 40's. As you can see I love to learn and have learned so much. I enjoy saltwater fishing, but I don't enjoy sitting in the boat alone. To have a mate makes life complete. Plus it would be great to have you at my side while I knock out a wall or two and move rooms around in my house! :) As an uncle on mine once said: You go to a house and look to see how/where the furniture was moved. When you come to my house you look to see what walls I've moved :) It' not that I need a person in my life, just that I am a person that is very happy with the right person in my life.
