What to put here? Hmmm? Well first I’ll tell you that I am a nice guy. OK, half of you stopped reading right there (LOL). For those that are left let me elaborate. I believe in treating the people I meet with kindness and respect. I’m not some wimpy pushover that’s gonna kiss your a** if you act like a spoiled princess, but I will be a good loyal friend if you respect and appreciate me. I try to find the good in everyone, and I believe that most of the time you get what you expect from people. I believe in being open and honest, and I expect the same. So many people are jaded and scarred by their past that they project old lovers faults onto everyone else that they meet. I have plenty of faults of my own without having more added. So just keep an open mind. All men are not alike. I'm very laid back, positive, spontaneous (at least I'm planning to be tomorrow), confident, sensual, and intelligent (humble too) LOL. (I hate having to describe myself, it sounds so vain.) I try not to take myself too seriously. Life and especially dating should be fun. It’s not an interview, and there is no ping or failing. Hopefully it’s just two people going out to enjoy each other’s company and if there’s a connection wonderful. No one is gonna be right for everyone. Ideally I hope to find that magical connection with someone that makes me smile every time I think of her. I love the outdoors. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, camping, fishing, anything in or around water including trips to the beach or mountains. If you like some of those things too you get bonus points, but it's not a requirement. I enjoy dancing, playing pool, movies, wine tasting, spontaneous weekend trips, concerts and lots more. I’d love cooking a nice meal at home for you, complete with wine, candles and a blazing fire. Rainy days spent curled up watching movies together, watching summer thunderstorms from the porch, and long soft sensual kisses, are some of my favorite things. If I do meet someone special I want her to be with me because there is nowhere that she'd rather be, never because she feels obligated. I don't want to own you, control you, or change you. Hopefully you have a life of your own and friends as do I. I want you to have your girls’ nights, and I don’t expect you not to have male friends too. Some of my closest friends are female, and it is strictly platonic. Why should we have to avoid half the world’s population because of our partners’ insecurity? You will find that there are no double standards with me. I’ve had relationships ruined by jealousy and insecurity, and it’s a deal breaker for me. If you tend to be that way, please go on to the next profile. My ideal lover will be intelligent, pionate, confident, sensual, romantic, honest, loyal, and sweet. She will have a sy side, and a great sense of humor (she’ll need it). She will be independent and quite happy on her own, but willing to be vulnerable enough to let the right man into her heart. She will be brave enough to speak her mind, yet willing to compromise on occasion, but will also understand that it's ok to agree to disagree sometimes. I don't want to change you into my twin (how boring). If you’re with the right one, it shouldn’t require a lot of effort most of the time. Your time together should be the highlight of your days, and what you look forward to. If it’s too much work to keep them happy, they are probably not the person you belong with. Desire for each other should come naturally. Fitness will be important to her, as it is to me (I work out 3-4 days a week) She should be physically attractive, but I don't expect perfection. Your personality can make you the most beautiful woman alive in my eyes, but I do have standards, and attraction usually begins on a physical level.
